Last updated: SuperCom Ltd.
About these terms
This website is operated by SuperCom Ltd., 3 Rothschild Blvd., Tel Aviv 6688106, Israel (“SuperCom,” “we” or “us”). It presents SafeGenie, a SuperCom product built on technology from Safend, SuperCom’s cybersecurity subsidiary. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes, including evaluating our products for your organization. You agree not to:
- interfere with the site’s operation or security, or try to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems;
- copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site by automated means, except as the law permits;
- submit false information, or information about another person without their permission, through the site’s forms;
- use the site to send spam, malicious code or unlawful content.
Product information
The site provides general information about SafeGenie and its approach. Descriptions, illustrations, animations, example events and statistics are for general information only. Some are illustrative and do not show real customer data, a live system or the product’s complete functionality.
Features, specifications, supported platforms and availability may change and may depend on configuration and environment. Nothing on the site is an offer, a commitment to provide any feature, or part of any contract. Any purchase or use of the product is governed only by a separate written agreement.
Figures about SuperCom’s and Safend’s history describe those companies, not deployments of SafeGenie.
Intellectual property and trademarks
The site and its content, including text, graphics, animations and code, belong to SuperCom or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and print pages for your organization’s internal evaluation. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
SuperCom, Safend, SafeGenie and related names and logos identify SuperCom and its products. Other names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them, without implying endorsement. Nothing on the site grants a license to use any name or mark.
No investment advice; forward-looking statements
SuperCom’s shares are publicly traded on Nasdaq. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities, and nothing on it is investment advice.
The site may contain forward-looking statements within the meaning of the U.S. Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, including statements about products, plans, availability and market opportunities. They are based on current expectations and involve risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update them, except as required by law. For information about SuperCom and the risks affecting its business, see its filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission at sec.gov.
Links to other websites
The site links to websites we do not control, such as the sources of statistics we cite. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperCom and its group companies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or the site, without affecting any mandatory protections that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
